Bryan and his whole team are terrific. We have been boating 10 years and purchased a brand new 2015 Chaparral 226 SSi from Aquaknox last year at the Cincinnati boat show. Bryan assisted in finding local financing at a better rate than we could find, arranged for us to take an early "test drive" (even though we already owned it!) in very early spring, then kept the boat until we were ready to put it in the water for the summer, several weeks later. He has gone above and beyond working with us and our schedule since we live in Ohio and keep our boat a different marina than Shanghai. His service team has performed routine maintenance and winterized our boat while docked at Whitman Hollow which saves us time and allows us to spend more time on the water when at the lake. Bryan and his team even saved us late one night when we arrived from Ohio to find our batteries drained due to "user error"!! Thanks again and highly recommend Aquaknox for service and sales.

The Aquaknox crew is top notch from sales to service. During the demo they explain details of the specific models and competition. They work intently to provide the best deal for your budget and then the superior service really begins when the boat arrives.

Detailed instructions and tips are provided to make the best wave or surfwake out there! The service technicians are all very professional and they get the work done on the schedule they promise and the follow-up and attention to detail is second to none.

I wish I could give Aquaknox more than 5 stars.

A group (12 of us) rented a houseboat from Aquaknox and it was not only clean, ready and all fueled for us, but it was ready early. The staff couldn't of been nicer and more helpful.

The houseboat was perfect, it slept 12 of us easily and all the accommodations from the AC, grill, hot tub, slide, bar, lighting to the kitchen that was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc not a thing was not there for us.

Norris lake was more than we could of ever wished for.

Bryan the manager went above and beyond with his help, professionalism and had genuine caring for us to have a great time.

I couldn't recommend them enough and if you are looking for an unbelievable vacation for friends or family this is it.
