Justin is from Lafollette, Tennessee and has been with Aquaknox since he graduated high school. He began as a junior technician and through rigorus training with Mercury, Volvo, Indmar, Chaparral and Harris is now a certified technician. Most people who have worked with Aquaknox over the years have had the privilege of working with Justin. He is a huge asset to the company and has become a major part of the Aquaknox family.

Joe is originally from Richmond, Indiana where he ran a manufacturing facility. His leadership experience brought him to Aquaknox where he leads the service team. His department has been recognized by every manufacturer we carry for customer service every year he has been with Aquaknox. Joe is the rock that holds the team together and helps them exceed expectations. Joe loves to get as far away from boats as possible on his day off and mow his lawn.

Originally from Springboro, Ohio, Bryan started Aquaknox after years of working at Shanghai Resort Marina. Shanghai Resort had never sold or serviced boats, but the growing opportunity to make a positive impact on the lake presented itself. Bryan has dedicated his life to creating Aquaknox and becoming a positive part of the East Tennessee community.

Trent began working with the Courtney family during high school where he worked the fuel dock at Shanghai for 5 years. After receiving his degree he returned to Norris Lake to join Aquaknox. He is now approaching 15 years working on the water and still loves the lifestyle. He is without a doubt one of the best amateur wakeboarders he knows even after two knee surgeries.

James is from Lafollette TN and has been with Aquaknox since 2016. He is the backbone to the service team and works many hours ensuring the team is setup with the boats they need. His duties extend to managing our 22 ton crane which handles all the lifting done at our Norris Lake Store. James has two children and loves being part of the lake community at Shanghai.

Josh departed the manufacturing industry during covid for the boating world. Since this time, he has worked tirelessly learning about the boat business. He is our primary mobile technician.

Claudia is from Sidney, OH and now lives on Norris Lake. She is kind enough to cook for the entire Aquaknox team at least one lunch every month. She loves her dog and her Chaparral.
Grahm

Grahm has been with Aquaknox since 2020 during his summer breaks from Oklahoma State. In Spring 2023 he Graduated with a degree in aviation and is a commerical pilot with high performance, complex, multi, CFII endorsements. Aquaknox is fortunate to have Grahm's help part time in sales. Grahm is a far superior wakeboarder to Trent.

Kelsey is from Dunlap, TN. She ensures that all warranty tickets are handled in an efficient manner by working closely with both of our manufacturers and multiple vendors. In her free time, you will find her drag racing, off-roading or at home spending time with her family & friends. She is also world renowned for raising exotic chickens which sleep in her living room.

Dalton is from LaFollette TN and began working on Norris Lake in 2015 while in High School. After college he then started with Aquaknox Marine. He enjoys snowboarding and "golf", if you can call it that.

Logan served in the US Army as a Sergeant where he completed two deployments. He enjoys working on anything that has an engine. He has a 1970 Mustang named Emma that he plans to use for autocross racing.

Spencer began working on boats at a young age on Douglas Lake. He then attended university to marine repair. After a stint at a dealership in Nashville he returned home to East Tennessee.

Brennan started working at Aquaknox while in college. His passion for the marine industry led him to join Aquaknox full time in 2024. He is also the most fit person in the entire company.

Cody began working with Bryan in 2010 operating a rental boat operation and the early days of Aquaknox. After a time away from Aquaknox he is back and leads our excellent detailing department.

Leo started with Aquaknox in 2024 and has a passion for learning about boats and engines. When he isnt working on boats he is talking nicely to his sports car so it doesn't blow up.
