Aquaknox Marine was founded in 2008 with a mission to provide first class marine service to the boaters of East Tennessee. We currently have two locations to serve our customers. Aquaknox Norris Lake is located at Shanghai Resort Marina in Lafollette TN. Aquaknox West Knoxville is located at Fox Road Marina on Ft Loudoun Lake. Aquaknox is proud to carry Chaparral and Harris Boats. Both locations provide us the ability to get our customers on the water very conveniently during the boat buying process.

Purchasing a boat or choosing a marine service provider can be a big decision. To be frank, the barriers to entry of marine retailer are dismally low. Furthermore, the formal training process for the marine industry in many cases is largely ignored. Founder Bryan Courtney started Aquaknox with the mission to be different. Sometimes simply answering the phone and telling someone you can't help them is the most radical thing you can do. It is our goal to be straightforward and honest with our customers. We remain very focused on representing our two brand with the upmost capabilities which extrend to our service offering.

Certified Marine Dealer
We are Knoxville's only certified marine dealership. This standard of excellence is the marina industry's only certification. This honor is earned through rigerous audit of internal operations considering customer experience, service standards, internal operations, and employee relations.
Continuing Education
Annually our team participates in marine industry continuing education programs. Our management staff participates in management development programs specifically designed by Spader Business Planning for the marine industry. Our technicians complete Mercury, Mercruiser, Volvo Penta and Chaparral Service School both online and at in-person courses. Our sales staff participates annually in Chaparral and Harris Sales Training to be the most informed about our premier product offerings.
Aquaknox Dockside Care Program
The East Tennessee boating market is packed with great lakes surrounding the Knoxville urban hub. Our mission is to provide unparalleled sales and service experience to our Harris and Chaparral customers on Norris, Douglas, Fort Loudoun, Tellico, Cherokee, and Watts Bar Lake. The vast majority of our customers do not want to tow their boat to our dealership for service, particularly a small warranty issue. To ensure customer satisfaction we have developed our dockside care program. The program covers field service calls free of charge for the first year of ownership for qualifying boats. After the first year the field service charge is only $99 bucks per instance. Program applies to new boats for original owner only and some h20 Chaparral models are not eligible.
Customer Satisfaction Awards
The marine industry hires a third-party company to survey every new boat we sell and 100% of our warranty service tickets. These scores result in a pretty good picture of our overall customer satisfaction. We are unwavering in our commitment to ensure the sum of our efforts towards an effective experience result in a good experience and a good score. Over the years we have dispatched trucks late at night to meet deadlines, kept our shop open all night installing engines, used brand new boats as loaner boats, and sent personnel three states away to fix trailer wiring. Our passion for being the dealer that, “makes it happen” is the fire that motivates the entire team.
These efforts culminate in our customer satisfaction award we have received annually since 2014. Selling our fellow boaters a boat or having their patronage at our service department is a privilege and we pledge to make that a great experience.
